In the series, I talk about veterinary corporations from beginning to end, that is from forming or buying the veterinary practice to leaving, closing or selling the veterinary practice.  Along the way, I discuss some basic contracts for a veterinary corporation, including veterinarian employment agreements, veterinarian independent contractor agreements, shareholder buy-sell agreements, and veterinarian exit / severance agreements.  I explain how to bring a new veterinarian into a practice and how non-competition clauses work when the veterinarian leaves the practice.
